A time for attendees to gather and discuss ideas, projects or any topic of their choice, in an informal and tech-friendly environment, and meeting new people doing so.
Open Space sessions are a semi-organized way to give people room and time for a discussion about a specific topic. The Open Space takes place during the whole afternoon of Friday July, 5th; during that time, conference rooms will be reserved for Open Space sessions, each lasting 2 hours.
Any topic that attendees want to talk about is a candidate for an Open Space session.
That's great. During the conference, near the registration desk, you can find an Open Space panel with a list of all scheduled session. We will also keep an updated list on the event website, and if you have a smartphone you can use the online guide, which we will keep synchronized. Save the time and show up in the room!
Great news! You will be able to propose a session from the Open Space panel near the registration desk, during the conference. We plan to host a grand total of 14 Open Space sessions during the designed afternoon.
