I have a bachelor degree in Biotecnology and I am currently a master degree student at University of Udine in Computer Science. After the bachelor degree I started to work for IGA as a php developer. Thanks to my colleague Alessandro Gervaso at IGA, I am now using Django and Python (instead of the dirty php) to manage the laboratory computer science core ("from samples to computational analyses"), plus the softwares tracking and API integration with different applications. I am also developing various glue-scripts for bioinformatic analyses.
