While working on a modern web application sooner or later you will face the problem: I want to allow my users to authenticate with an external identity provider. There are several commercial solutions that will do it for you. My talk is about Velruse - an open source, third-party authentication for web applications. I will present two successful use cases we have completed in the last few months that are using Velruse. Later I will show how your own code can profit of doing the same and how easy is to integrate it with custom identity providers.
